PCB Assembly Technician Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assemble and solder components on PCBs.
2. Read and follow circuit diagrams and assembly instructions.
3. Inspect and test PCB assemblies for quality.
4. Follow safety and ESD procedures.
5. Maintain tools and equipment.
6. Support prototype building and revisions.

Technical skills:

1. Soldering (Through-Hole & SMD)

4. Reading PCB Schematics & Layouts
5. Use of Assembly Tools (Tweezers, Hot Air Gun, Soldering Iron, Multimeter)
6. Basic Testing & Troubleshooting of Circuits
7. Wiring & Cable Harness Assembly
8. Visual Inspection (AOI, Microscope)

Optional (Good to Have):

1. Following IPC Standards (like IPC-A-610)
2. ESD Safety Handling Practices
3. Basic Computer Skills (MS Excel, Data Entry)
4. Knowledge of Automated Assembly Machines (Pick and Place)
5. Understanding of SMT & Wave Soldering Processes
