We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a 'Pre-Sales Specialist' focused on lead qualification for our student accommodation company. This role plays a crucial part in our sales process by identifying and qualifying leads to ensure a robust pipeline for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within the student accommodation sector.
2. Utilize various channels (online research, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.) to generate leads and qualify prospects.
3. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and assess their fit for our services.
4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition into the sales pipeline.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status updates in our CRM system.
6. Provide insights and feedback from lead interactions to continuously improve our lead generation and qualification strategies.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
