Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement engaging Hindi language lesson plans for primary school students
2. Utilize various teaching methods and instructional strategies to cater to diverse learning styles
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
4. Assess and evaluate student performance and progress through regular testing and feedback
5. Foster a love for the Hindi language and Indian culture among students
6. Encourage critical thinking and creativity in students through interactive activities and projects
7. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior
8. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and needs
9. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
2. Proficiency in Hindi, both written and spoken
3. Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualification
