Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting career assessment & counseling for the school students from class 6th-12th.
2. Designing career pathways that will help build excellence in the future.
3. Doing progressive career counseling sessions based on neuro-brain mapping reports and a guide to achieving a dream career.
4. Conducting adolescent/parent counseling sessions.
5. Maintaining the database and regular follow-ups, and coordination with parents and students.
6. Providing Psychological education.
7. Providing crisis intervention.
8. Providing immediate mental health support & counseling.
9. Conducting seminars in schools to explain the product offerings and their benefits.
10. Doing school meetings to explain to school authorities can help in leading conversions.
