Key responsibilities:

1. Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
2. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
3. Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
4. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
5. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls and sorting and distributing mail.
6. Providing excellent customer service.
7. Scheduling appointments.
8. Maintaining a record of daily activities as per requirement.
