Key responsibilities:

1. Understand SAP Role Requirements - Gather detailed job needs, including specific SAP modules and experience levels.
2. Source & Screen Candidates - Use job portals, LinkedIn, and networks to find and assess suitable SAP professionals.
3. Coordinate Interviews - Arrange technical and HR interviews, and support both candidates and hiring teams.
4. Manage Offers & Negotiations - Handle salary discussions, offers, and ensure smooth closures.
5. Maintain Talent Pipeline - Build a database of qualified SAP talent for future hiring needs.
