About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior engineers to build and maintain scalable web applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
2. Develop RESTful APIs, integrate with MongoDB, and ensure data consistency and performance.
3. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.
4. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following best practices.
5. Work closely with product, design, and QA teams to ship new features and improvements.
6. Contribute to internal tools and automation to streamline operations across our healthcare network.

Other requirements

4. A good grasp of asynchronous programming, debugging, and version control.

5. Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
