Book Design & Formatting Specialist Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Design clean, professional book interiors for Kindle, paperback, hardcover, and PDFs, ensuring top-tier readability
2. Create high-impact, market-driven covers that stand out and drive sales
3. Format books for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and other self-publishing platforms without errors or rejections
4. Ensure that all designs align with Webiniser Ltd.'s branding standards while maintaining freshness and innovation
5. Design social media graphics, book mockups, and ad creatives to support book launches and promotions
6. Adapt quickly to feedback, make revisions efficiently, and deliver results on time

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in book formatting and cover design for self-publishing platforms (Amazon KDP, IngramSpark)
2. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
3. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and design principles
4. Ability to create visually appealing and market-driven cover designs
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
6. Experience in creating social media graphics and promotional materials
