Business Development Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, and surgeons to promote Eera Medtech's medical devices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for doctors and hospital staff.

2. Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
- Gather market intelligence to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

3. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle negotiations and closing deals with customers.
- Assist in tender submissions and institutional sales processes.

4. Product Knowledge & Training
- Gain expertise in medical equipment, we deal in.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
