We help businesses maximize their marketing ROI through cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. We are looking for a content writer (proposal & bid writing) to help us craft high-quality proposals and bid responses for government contracts in the US/UK.

Working Hours: 10 AM till 7 PM Monday to Saturday (Occasional Saturdays off).

Role Overview - As a content writer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and well-structured bids and proposals by reviewing RFPs (request for proposals) and government tenders. You will use LLM tools like ChatGPT to draft responses, format them professionally using Microsoft Word & Google Docs, and enhance the presentation with Canva templates and infographics.

Key responsibilities:

1. Review and analyze RFP documents (often ~50 pages) to understand client requirements.
2. Use ChatGPT & AI tools to generate 30+ page proposal drafts based on our company information.
3. Refine & format proposals using Microsoft Word & Google Docs while ensuring clarity and structure.
4. Design infographics, cover pages, and templates on Canva to enhance visual appeal.
5. Organize and structure all proposal documents to ensure professional presentation.
6. Maintain high accuracy and compliance with proposal guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
2. Freshers are welcome (0 experience required).
3. Minimum 90% in English in 10th and/or 12th grade (mandatory).
4. Exceptional English language skills with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Ability to read, comprehend, and summarize long government contracts efficiently.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Google Docs (formatting, structuring documents).
7. - Basic knowledge of Canva for creating visual elements in proposals.
8. Strong research skills to extract key details from RFPs.
9. Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.

3. A webcam for virtual meetings & interviews.
