About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as a mediator between clients from the United States and Canada and French-speaking clients who do not speak English
2. Facilitate communication through voice and occasional video calls
3. Ensure accurate and clear interpretation to bridge language gaps effectively

Requirements:

1. English fluency (mandatory)
2. French proficiency: B2 Certification (mandatory) & B1 Certification with prior relevant experience
3. Comfortable working night shifts and handling voice and video calls
