Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

This position will allow you to work remotely (until office resumes)

Minimum work experience: 1-2 years

As an HR Associate, you will be working closely with the Leadership Team. Assisting in day to day administrative operations and providing needed support in the HR functions. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

Key responsibilities:
1. Communicating with potential job candidates.
2. Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
3. Managing HR records including, r sum s, applicant logs, and employee forms.
4. Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
5. Issuing new employees with enrollment documents.
6. Explaining employee benefits.
7. Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
8. Hands-on experience with Zoho HR software.
