Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

As a Human Resources Executive at Fusionlancer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and training. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our organization and creating a positive work environment for our employees.

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

2. Employee relations: Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Promote a positive work culture and maintain employee morale.

3. Performance management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to assess employee productivity and identify areas for improvement.

4. Training and development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Monitor employee progress and evaluate training effectiveness.

5. HR policy implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Update and communicate HR policies to employees as needed.

6. Data management: Utilize MS-Excel and MS-Word to maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review. Analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

7. English proficiency: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders. Conduct meetings, presentations, and trainings in English to ensure clear and concise communication.
