About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to potential clients via phone calls to generate interest in our services
2. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in Google Sheets/MS-Excel
4. Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and performance to management

Salary
Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,20,000 - 3,70,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,20,000 /year
