This role will be appealing to any candidates fresh out of university with a desire to get into recruitment or an experienced recruiter looking to come back into the recruitment field, maybe a returning mum, or someone who took time out of recruitment due to personal reasons. You will be working from our company LinkedIn account, which has over 26k 1st line connections, and your duties will be as follows: this is a non-voice recruiter role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Connecting with passive candidates within the Legal or property sector.
2. Messaging candidates with whom we are currently connected.
3. Building relationships with new and existing candidates via LinkedIn.
4. Building a database of candidates as per area of specialism, location, salary, and years of experience.
5. Mapping out candidates from competitor companies and attracting them to our roles with our clients.
Additional details:
1. Training will be given to new starters.
2. Must have a laptop/desktop.
3. Great internet connection.
4. Happy to work as per the UK time zone.
5. Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (BST times).
6. Start date: As soon as possible.
1. A great command of English writing.
2. Ideally, some recruitment experience is desired, but not essential.
3. Fast typist with great IT and software skills.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Someone who can think outside the box and self-train.
6. Money hungry and can work as per the UK time zone.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
