3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Communicate job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
6. Assist in developing recruitment strategies and initiatives to improve our talent acquisition process.
7. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
