As a Senior Software Engineer at Hexacom Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing scalable, high-performance software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement robust applications that meet our clients' evolving needs.
Key responsibilities:
1. Architectural Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
2. Development & Implementation: Develop high-quality code, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
3. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
5. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, DevOps, or software architecture are a plus.
3. Domain Expertise: Experience in product-based companies or enterprise software development is highly desirable.
