You will help our employers understand and develop their knowledge of the Hindi language.
Key responsibilities:
1. Teach students basic Hindi skills and develop Hindi culture.
2. Teach students how to appreciate literature and poetry.
3. Conduct various programs like seminars, elocution, essay writing, quizzes, debates, group discussions, theatre, and drama to encourage students the use language skills.
4. Prepare creative micro lesson plans for the effective delivery of each lesson.
5. Prepare teaching aids and materials for live examples to retain the students' attention.
6. Engage students with live role plays for active learning.
7. Evaluate the students' knowledge through various exams like tests, assessments, and assignments as per the curriculum requirements.
8. Update the teaching strategies and techniques for better content delivery.
9. Participate in conferences, seminars, workshops, meetings, continuing professional development programs, and any other events.
10. Maintain good rapport and discuss the student's issues when needed.
11. Be dedicated to the overall welfare of the students and the growth of the institution.
