We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Operations Executive (Junior) to support our fast-paced marketing team at FirstCry.ae. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our website and mobile app are always up-to-date with the latest campaigns, promotional assets, and brand visuals. You will be the key link between the marketing, design, and tech teams for the daily execution of on-site and in-app marketing updates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Upload banners, creatives, and campaign assets on the website and mobile app as per the marketing calendar.
2. Coordinate with the design team for the timely creation, review, and delivery of required marketing assets.
3. Ensure all banners and creatives are linked correctly and are live as per schedule.
4. Regularly update homepage sections and promotional landing pages across both web and app.
5. Conduct quality checks to ensure assets are displayed correctly on all devices.
6. Maintain a tracker for all creative requests, upload timelines, and live status
7. Support campaign readiness across peak periods (e.g., Eid, Ramadan, Back to School, etc.).
8. Collaborate with internal teams like CRM and performance marketing to align assets with ongoing promotions.
9. Highlight and escalate any blockers or delays in creative readiness or uploads
1. 0–1 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing coordination, or site/app merchandising.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks.
3. Basic familiarity with website and app content management systems (CMS).
4. Excellent communication and follow-up skills for inter-team coordination.

7. Familiarity with image formats or basic design tools (like Canva or Photoshop) is a plus.
