Key responsibilities:

1. Develop visual cues for video content to enhance storytelling and audience engagement
2. Generate detailed scripts in Milanote based on the content provided ensuring clarity and consistency
3. Demonstrate storytelling skills to deliver great animation and effects
4. Identify and document inefficiencies within the workflow such as time-consuming steps bottlenecks or delays caused by speed and storage issues
5. Provide structured feedback and recommendations for process improvements to ensure a more efficient content production pipeline
6. Proactively explore and test new methods to enhance workflow efficiency and content quality
7. Analyze experimental results and implement the most effective strategies for optimizing production and delivery
8. Assist in the scheduling and management of both graphic and video content across various social media platforms
9. Ensure brand consistency and audience engagement by aligning content with the overall marketing strategy
10. Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance content reach and effectiveness
