About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle basic communication with clients on WhatsApp/Telegram groups.
2. Make follow-up or onboarding calls to prospects and active clients (no cold sales).
3. Share updates, reminders, and relevant content with the community regularly.
4. Maintain simple tracking sheets and weekly progress reports.
5. Coordinate client queries and escalate important ones to the core team.

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,16,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year
