We are seeking a technically curious and self-driven intern to assist in developing and training intelligent software agents for an AI-powered assistant. These agents interact with various internal and external data sources to automate and enhance workflows for customer support and knowledge access.
You will contribute to the ingestion, processing, and retrieval of structured and unstructured content while also helping build training loops that improve the assistant's accuracy over time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Python modules to support AI agent functionality.
2. Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for processing.
3. Build and optimize embedding and search pipelines for document retrieval.
4. Support retraining workflows using user feedback and performance data.
5. Collaborate with the AI team to test, refine, and improve agent outputs.
1. Proficient in Python with hands-on programming experience
2. Basic understanding of NLP concepts like embeddings and semantic search
3. Comfortable working with APIs and handling data in formats like JSON, CSV, and plain text
4. Familiar with Git and team-based development workflows
