Associate Video Editor Fresher Job (Part time/Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with project requirements.
2. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of final videos.
3. Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
4. Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
5. Create rough and final cuts.
6. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a video editor or similar role.
2. Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
3. Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
4. Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
5. Creative mind and storytelling skills.
6. BS degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field (preferred).
