Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain the performance of our backend systems to ensure optimal functionality
2. Implement regular backups and data protection measures to safeguard against potential data loss
3. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may impact backend operations
4. Develop and implement scripts or automated processes to streamline backend maintenance tasks
5. Conduct regular audits of our databases to ensure data integrity and security compliance
6. Assist in the implementation of upgrades and enhancements to our backend systems as needed
7. Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing backend systems effectively
