Business Development Associate Fresher Job (Part time/Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and connect with colleges, training institutes, and HR leaders to promote DIJIT's training and hiring services.
2. Generate B2B leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and events.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and academic institutions.
4. Act as a point of contact for client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Present DIJIT's Train & Deploy model and SaaS-based hiring platform to clients.
6. Conduct online/offline demos to drive platform adoption.
7. Drive sign-ups for DIJIT services (training, hiring, shared services).
8. Collaborate with internal teams to close business deals and grow accounts.
9. Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
10. Provide feedback to the marketing and product team for better positioning.
11. Maintain CRM and regularly update leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
12. Prepare weekly reports on outreach, conversions, and performance.
