Key responsibilities:

1. Business Development
a. Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads via LinkedIn, Instagram, and your network.
b. Lead Management: Schedule discovery calls, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain lead pipelines.

2. Social Media & Outreach
a. Social Media Growth: Optimize our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram to reach and engage target audiences.
b. Content Planning: Track current trends, suggest engaging content ideas, and align posts to drive business opportunities.

Who this role is for:

1. Students in Second Year(SY) and Third Year(TY) B.Com/BMS/BBA/BAF, etc. from Tier-1 colleges in Mumbai or Bengaluru
(e.g., HR College, NMIMS, NM College, Jai Hind, St. Andrews, KC College, Mithibai College, Christ University)
2. Not enrolled in full-time professional courses like CA, CFA, CS, Actuaries, etc.
Available year-round (except exam periods)
3. Strong social skills and a decent presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram
4. A quick learner open to understanding new industries and identifying opportunities
5. A go-getter who thrives on challenges and takes initiative
6. Open to occasional in-person meetings or client visits (if needed)

Compensation:
