Customer Care Executive Fresher Job (Part time/Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding products and services
3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in MS Excel for future reference
4. Work closely with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
5. Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships
6. Assist with data analysis and reporting using MS Excel to improve customer service processes
