Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 /year
