About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Visiting shops and pitching our food products
2. Maintaining records of shop visit, contact list, daily sales report
3. Bringing sales, meeting sales target and deadlines
4. Manage with kitchen team to complete orders and ensure timely delivery of products
5. Contact mess, events organiser, catering, caf s, retailers, distributors for selling products
6. Sample testing drives, marketing events (free food taste)
7. Market Research & Feedback: Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,25,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,75,000 - 3,00,000 /year
