As a Junior Architect at Chaii Wallah company, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is revolutionizing the tea industry through innovative and sustainable design. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in architectural drafting, architectural surveying, and interior design to contribute to the development of unique and aesthetically pleasing tea houses.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior architects to create architectural drawings and plans for new Chaii Wallah locations.
2. Conduct on-site surveys to assess the feasibility of potential locations and ensure that design plans adhere to local building codes and regulations.
3. Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings to create inviting and functional interior spaces.
4. Work closely with the design team to develop mood boards, color schemes, and design concepts for each Chaii Wallah location.
5. Participate in client meetings to present design proposals and gather feedback for revisions.
6. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that design plans are executed accurately and within budget.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the design aesthetic and functionality of Chaii Wallah tea houses.
