Every onboarded social interaction coach has to take sessions with the users via phone on our app.
Key responsibilities:
1. Take sessions on FRND app to help users make new friends and be more confident via call ( sessions will be taken through the app itself, your name and number will not be shared with anyone )
2. Help users open up, express themselves freely, and improve their conversational skills.
3.Encourage users to break out of social anxiety and initiate real friendships.
4. Maintain a positive, respectful, and non-judgmental environment in every session.
5. Offer consistent support, motivation, and feedback tailored to individual user needs.
Job Location: Work from home
Required Skills: Good Communication skills, empathy
Timings: Flexible
Salary: Rs.30 per min - video call, Rs.12 per min - chat / audio call (Rs. 50,000- Rs. 1,00,000 Per Month)
