About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver customized training modules focused on public speaking techniques and strategies
2. Provide personalized feedback and coaching to support individual growth
3. Design and conduct assessments to track participant progress and adapt content accordingly
4. Create a positive and encouraging learning environment to foster confidence and participation
5. Conduct periodic evaluations and reviews to ensure continuous improvement and participant satisfaction
6. Contribute to additional training-related responsibilities as assigned

Earn certifications in these skills
Learn Business Communication
Learn Creative Writing

Other requirements

1. Prior experience or patience in working with students

2. Power backup is preferred to ensure smooth virtual sessions

3. Passion for teaching and mentoring

4. Final-year students or freshers with a keen interest in training are welcome to apply

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
