Virtual Assistant – Research, Content & Operations Fresher Job (Part time/Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as a founder's assistant, supporting day-to-day tasks across multiple ongoing projects
2. Take ownership of varied assignments from research and outreach to content and organization
3. Conduct focused online research (tools, leads, competitors, trends) and present concise summaries
4. Assist with Instagram and email communication, including outreach and follow-ups
5. Support content creation efforts drafting captions, preparing visual inputs, and scheduling posts
6. Be flexible and responsive to dynamic priorities and one-off tasks as they come up
7. Maintain consistent communication, proactive updates, and a strong sense of initiative
8. Organize and maintain Google Sheets, documents, and workflow trackers
