About the job

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, providing emotional support and guidance.
2. Offer career counselling, teenage counselling, and mental health therapy as per client needs.
3. Develop personalized therapy plans and track client progress.
4. Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving our services.
5. Maintain confidentiality and provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients.

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. A degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.

2. Experience in therapy or counselling (preferred but not mandatory).

3. Strong communication and empathy skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

5. Passion for mental health and social impact.

6. Post graduates In Psychology courses + Hindi Fluent + English Fluent

7. Under graduates In Psychology Courses + Hindi Fluent + English Fluent
