Client Acquisition & Sales:
Drive new client acquisition across the following service verticals:SaaS productsDigital marketing servicesStartup enablement solutionsRecruitment services (job postings, email outreach)EdTech training and placement programsResume database subscriptions
Follow-Ups & Relationship Management:
Engage and follow up with:Prospective clients for service inquiries and conversionsRecruiters for hiring solutions and job board engagementCandidates for EdTech program enrollments and placement support
Collaboration & Reporting:
Maintain and manage sales pipelines and lead funnels
Document outreach efforts in CRM tools
Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and value propositionPerformance & Milestones
Monthly/quarterly performance will be assessed based on closures in the following key areas. A minimum of 30% target achievement is required in each category to qualify for performance bonuses:
SaaS Product Sales 30% Closure Target
Startup Solutions Sales 30% Closure Target
Recruiter Services (Email Outreach & Job Postings) 30% Closure Target
EdTech Program Sales 30% Closure TargetCompensation Structure
Fixed Salary: Up to 3 LPA
Variable Pay: Based on milestone achievements
Bonus Pay: For exceeding performance benchmarks across service linesRequirements
03 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply)
Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
Strong goal orientation and ability to multitask across product lines
Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and LinkedIn outreach is a plus
