Social Media Manager(Night Shift) Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) for our eCommerce stores
2. Monitor and respond to customer comments and direct messages promptly
3. Handle customer queries, complaints, and basic issue resolution
4. Flag or escalate complex issues to the internal team when needed
5. Ensure smooth communication and maintain a helpful brand tone

Qualifications:
Must be reliable, responsive, and fluent in written English
Must be able to manage tasks efficiently using both phone and computer
Prior experience in handling social media customer service is a plus
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Salary: 15,000 per month
