1. Source candidates through online channels, job boards, referrals, and other creative methods.
2. Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
3. Conduct initial interviews with candidates.
4. Review and update job descriptions and job specifications.
5. Track and review recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness.
6. Facilitate the hiring process, including conducting background checks and coordinating pre-employment assessments.
7. Write clear and concise emails regarding the hiring process or any other queries that the candidates might have.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, and best practices related to talent acquisition and recruitment.
Expected working hours and days:
1. WFH, 7-8 hours a day (10 AM to 6 PM)- extra hours when the workload is a lot.
2. 6 days a week - Sunday to Friday
3. Saturdays off
1. Bachelors in business administration (BBA - HR specialization) or equivalent in a relevant field.
2. Has experience working in a startup/tech or technology company (Not mandatory).
3. Proficiency in writing and sending clear and concise emails and texts.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in the Google suite of office tools, specifically Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
5. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹37,500 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 /year
