We are looking for confident and smart female telecallers (work from home) who can communicate effectively in Hindi and basic English. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining our digital services, and scheduling meetings with interested leads. All scripts and training will be provided. This is a performance-based earning opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call potential clients to introduce and promote company services
2. Clearly explain offerings and address basic client queries
3. Schedule appointments with interested clients through WhatsApp
4. Maintain follow-up records and regularly update client interactions
5. Coordinate with internal teams for daily reporting and progress tracking
1. Only female candidates will be considered
2. Must be confident and fluent in Hindi
3. A basic understanding of English is an added advantage
4. Comfortable with outbound calling
5. Must have a smartphone and a stable internet connection
6. Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, but not mandatory
7. Should be serious, consistent, and target-oriented
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 4,10,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
