Under the supervision of the executive director, the Research analyst will work with International schools as well as in firm, building innovation in real-time applications.
The position is responsible for developing and implementing innovative, challenging, and engaging Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math hands-on curricula; providing STEM training for individuals and groups, and participating in special events. Research analyst will lead groups of students and train them in hands-on STEM concepts relating to computer programming/coding (Robotics, SCRATCH, JavaScript programming, python, Arduino, Raspberry pi, etc.), 3D printing, Artificial intelligence, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Map out training plans, design and develop training programs
2. Developing products on 3d printing, PCB boards, etc.
3. Preparing the learning environment and resources, including setting up technical equipment where appropriate
4. Engage students in discussion and research relevant to the project at hand
5. Start and end classes on time and return all equipment to the proper location
6. Assist the program director with reporting and tracking all STEM activities
7. Interpret the present curriculum and proposed curriculum changes to the board, the administration, the staff, and the general public

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
