About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist sales managers with lead tracking, opportunity updates, and CRM management.
2. Prepare and format sales presentations, proposals, and quotation documents.
3. Coordinate internal communications between sales, solution engineering, finance, and logistics.
4. Support scheduling of client/vendor meetings and maintain structured follow-up.
5. Keep documentation organized NDAs, order forms, vendor onboarding paperwork.
6. Help maintain weekly reports and dashboards for sales tracking and performance insights.
7. Observe and gradually participate in client and vendor interactions to build confidence.
