We are looking for a passionate and persuasive 'Sales Executive' to drive revenue growth and promote our meditation resort to a wider audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the wellness industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on sales & client conversion:
i. Actively identify, pursue, and convert new sales leads, both domestically and internationally.
ii. Understand the resort's meditation and wellness offerings, and tailor the pitch to meet client needs and preferences.
iii. Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Handle client relationship management:
i. Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, offering support and guidance to ensure client satisfaction.
ii. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
iii. Maintain accurate client records and track sales data.
3. Work on lead generation & social media:
i. Utilize social media platforms to generate and nurture new leads.
ii. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns that promote the resort's offerings.
iii. Engage with potential clients online and increase visibility through targeted promotions.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Dharamshala, Palampur, Jia and neighboring cities
1. A passion for meditation, wellness, and mindfulness is a plus.
2. Proven sales acumen or a keen interest in developing sales skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with an aptitude for understanding customer needs.
4. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
5. Post-graduate freshers with an interest in wellness and hospitality are welcome to apply.
