Paraayan is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves fieldwork and driving sales for our range of religious products, including Dhoopbatti and Chandan.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform field sales activities to promote and sell Paraayan's religious products.
2. Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in Noida and surrounding areas.
3. Develop and maintain strong connections with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
5. Provide market insights, client feedback, and competitor analysis to the management team.
6. Ensure timely reporting of daily sales activities and progress.
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of relevant experience in offline sales.
2. Must own a motorcycle for local travel.
3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
4. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
5. Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
