Key responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to Channel Partner and clients via email, phone, and chat
2. Troubleshoot software issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions
3. Write and run SQL queries to resolve data-related issues and generate reports
4. Assist in the creation and maintenance of BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
5. Collaborate with development teams to escalate and follow up on complex issues
6. Document support processes and create user guides or FAQs
7. Communicate effectively with clients in English and Malayalam
