Key responsibilities:

1. Provide global product support via calls, emails, chat, and remote desktop tools for our SaaS products
2. Troubleshoot technical issues by reviewing screenshots, logs, and asking targeted questions to find root causes
3. Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, tech, support) to resolve cases and ensure timely updates to customers
4. Communicate solutions clearly in simple, non-technical terms, and escalate recurring or unresolved issues
5. Identify patterns and contribute to process or product improvements to reduce future support tickets
