Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and respond to queries across various social media platforms promptly.
2. Engage with users by providing accurate information about our services and resolving any issues or concerns.
3. Identify opportunities to upsell consultations and additional services to users during interactions.
4. Educate potential and existing customers about the benefits of our premium offerings.
5. Oversee day-to-day online operations, ensuring smooth execution of consultations, bookings, documentation and other services.
6. Manage customer data and feedback to improve service quality and user experience.
7. Collaborate and work on onboarding of astrologers and tarot readers.
8. Coordinate and manage the scheduling of consultations between users and astrologers.
