Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and communicate with new sales leads through outbound calls and prospecting.
2. Call and engage with interested customers, understand their requirements, and pass relevant information to the concerned sales or support teams.
3. Pitch products and services when required, based on the customer's interests and needs.
4. Support the sales team by maintaining and updating CRM systems, logging all interactions and ensuring accurate data tracking.
5. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and follow communication scripts when necessary.
6. Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
7. Manage and resolve customer queries, escalating complex issues when necessary.
