Telecaller Fresher Job

As a telecaller at Bima Sahyog, you will have the exciting opportunity to connect with potential customers and provide them with information about our insurance products and services. Your knowledge of both Hindi and English proficiency (spoken and written) will be essential in effectively communicating with a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

3. Maintain a high level of customer service by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
4. Update customer records and notes in the database with relevant information from interactions.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
6. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made, appointments set, and conversions achieved.
7. Continuously strive to improve your communication skills and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
