Requirements:

1. Telugu/Kannada (Mandatory)
2. Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills.
3. Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
4. You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shifts).
5. Basic Computer Knowledge & above average English communication.

2. Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
3. Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
