Telecaller Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate leads and fix meetings for sales executives.
2. Review customer complaints and feedback received from multiple channels, including email, phone calls, messages, or WhatsApp.
3. Manage different types of customer feedback including complaints: acknowledge the customer by sending appropriate first response within due date/time, follow up with internal departments/teams for complaint investigation, findings or corrective actions, update case history/timeline, inform the customer with solution, and resolve the case within due date/time.
4. Maintain all complaint records.
5. Call customers daily for new requirements and maintain Excel records.
6. Interact with clients via various channels such as emails, social media, and direct calls.
7. Make a complaint register, note complaints/queries of customers, and resolve them on the same day by email.
8. Send emails to customers on a daily basis.
9. Send ledgers to customers for reference on remaining payments.
10. Send payment reminders to customers.
11. Maintain a database of customers on the computer.
