Telecaller Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling & lead generation:
- Make 50+ calls per day to prospective students from lead databases.
- Explain UG/PG courses, admission process, and benefits.
- Convince students/parents to book a free career counselling session.

2. Follow-ups & lead conversion:
- Keep track of inquiries and follow up regularly via phone & WhatsApp.
- Update CRM/Excel with student details and call status.
- Encourage walk-ins and online application submissions.

3. Coordination & documentation:
- Guide students on documents required for admission.
- Coordinate with the counsellor for scheduled appointments.
- Ensure smooth communication between students, parents, and the admission team.

4. Achieving targets:
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Handle objections and doubts effectively to convert leads into enrollments.

5. Other tasks:
- Attend training sessions provided by us for better communication & sales techniques.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure positive engagement with students & parents.
